I see a thin plastic, but may be strong enough to protect the lug bolts / wheel nuts from weather conditions, rust, corrosion, salty nonskid solutions applied on the roads etc... Esthetically, looks very good, came in one month.
They look good and shipping was relatively fast compared to other goods I bought from this app. One of them, unfortunately, had a defect (refer to the last pic). But over all I'm happy with this product.
Order grey that should be shining, got mate grey. Quality is okay. Colour doesn't match the description.
