SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
• Overnight Chia Oats (Serves two)
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Navitas® Chia Seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- Optional mix-ins: Navitas® Cacao Nibs, Navitas® Goji Berries, nut butter, dried fruit, fresh berries, cinnamon.
• Directions
1. Add oats, chia, milk, maple syrup, and any additional mix-ins of choice to a jar.
2. Mix thoroughly, making sure the oats and chia seeds are completely submerged in milk.
3. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
4. Scoop into a bowl. Enjoy!
• Simple Chia Pudding (Serves one)
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk of choice
- 3 Tbsp. Navitas® Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- Optional mix-ins: Navitas® Cacao Nibs, coconut, nuts, seeds, fresh or dried fruit.
• Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients, except toppings, in a Mason jar.
2. Seal, then shake thoroughly to combine.
3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then shake once more.
4. Return to the refrigerator and let sit 15-30 minutes longer to allow the Chia Seeds to thicken into a spoonable pudding.
5. To serve, top as desired.
- Prepare the night before for a ready-to-go breakfast!
• Chia Water (Makes four servings)
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1/4 cup Navitas® Chia Seeds
- Optional add-ins: lemon, line, cucumber or fresh fruit
• Directions
1. Combine Chia Seeds, water and any optional add-ins in a one-quart Mason jar.
2. Shake until there are no clumps.
3. Let sit for 30 minutes then enjoy your supercharged beverage!
