Note：
When installing the amplifier, remember to turn off the mobile phone 3G and 4G signal, otherwise you will not see the signal change, mistaking the amplifier for useless.
Installation Problems and Solutions：
1. Processing method that has no effect after installation
A. First confirm that there is a cell phone signal at the outdoor antenna end, and reach (-50cdbnm) or more, the signal indicates whether the scale displays full.
B. Make sure that the amplifier, antenna and other related accessories are selected correctly.
C. Confirm that all lines, distributors, antennas, and amplifiers are linked correctly.
2. After the installation, the signal is improved, but the phone cannot be called.
A. Confirm that the outdoor antenna is aligned with the base station.
B. Confirm that the communication distance between the outdoor antenna and the base station is within 5 km.
C. Confirm that the line of the outdoor antenna and amplifier does not exceed 40 meters, and it is more suitable to not exceed 20 meters, and is not less than 10.
D. If it is still not solved, replace the amplifier with a larger power or ask the professional to check the processing.
3. The call quality is not good.
A. Change the installation position and direction of the outdoor antenna.
B. Change the direction of the outdoor antenna to the amplifier signal transmission line (take the most straight line, do not turn too much, do not turn 90 degrees right angle).
C. Confirm whether the outdoor antenna to amplifier line uses 5070 ohm-50 or more coaxial cable.
D. Confirm that the distance between the outdoor antenna and the indoor antenna is too close (it will form self-excitation too close). Try to be more than 20 meters away. It is better to have walls, floors and other objects open to prevent the indoor amplifier from emitting signals. Received to form a loop amplification (self-excitation).
4. The signal after the installation is improved, but the coverage value is not large.
A. Confirm the signal strength of the outdoor antenna.
B. Make sure that the length of the outdoor antenna to the amplifier line is not more than 30 meters. The line connector is correct and the distributor is not connected too much.
C. Select a mobile phone signal amplifier with higher power.
5. Handling of interference to the communication base station
A. The reason is that the uplink power of the amplifier is too large or too close to the base station.
B. The treatment method is to change the installation position of the outdoor antenna, and the south base station. Or choose an amplifier with a smaller power.
6. sometimes when there is no signal
A. This situation is caused by the self-excitation of the amplifier.
B. The processing method is to confirm that the input and output connectors are correct and the shielding is good.
C. Confirm that the distance between the indoor antenna and the outdoor antenna is more than 12 meters. It is best to isolate the indoor and outdoor antennas from the wall.
7. the mobile phone display signal is full, can not call out the solution
A. This situation is caused by insufficient uplink power of the amplifier or by too weak outdoor antenna signal.
B. Confirm that the distance between the indoor antenna and the outdoor antenna is more than 12 meters. It is best to isolate the indoor and outdoor antennas from the wall.
