Hello, one of the headphones is not functional.. I mention that I made sure they are charged but nothing is heard; only one is ok. How can I return the product ? I have not received a response. I am waiting for you to address this topic. It's been two weeks already and you haven't solved the problem. Please show some professionalism!

They was not good but was not bad the sound kept cutting if i putted my hands in front of where my Bluetooth where connected to my pc but when i used IT on my Phone IT worked good until i putted my hands in front IT again

They have a button on them. I thought these didn’t have the button. These are not the ones advertised. Why is there a button on the ones in the box but the ones on the cover don’t have a button I need the right ones
