I've ordered this toy once before and my cats love it. It could be a bit heavier, i.e. more stable, so that it doesn't tip over so often. Having to keep setting it up means they'll stick with it as long as they want to play - and they've got stamina ;) I've ordered three more, one was as a gift and each of my cats has their own (they've already demolished the first one, pulled the wire out too far, etc.). One of the toy's petals have broken off. It won't hold with superglue, but the break point is very sharp and I've paid money for nothing, even if it's not much. But I wouldn't throw €4 out the window either. Thanks for the lack of support, the process is abysmal! Full marks for the toy itself, the cats enjoy it.

The product arrived in a broken and half open box !! The thread that has to turn is very thin and tends to bend towards the ground, my cats play with it and they like it but I have to be careful that they don't break it but it's fine for the price I paid for it!

A great toy for cats. Unfortunately the butterfly isn't attached very well and the toy itself is a bit too light. My kitty loved the toy. Arrived after 3 weeks

The product does everything that was described. The only thing I have to complain about is that the product cannot be adjusted by the speed. That the butterflies spin way too fast.
