I wanted to buy shoes and I was advised joom I trusted all that to have shoes that lacked clasps and to buy back the straps they were cut I clearly threw my money away the window I'm really disappointed .... what did you want me to do with it except throw them in the trash nothing ...

The sandals are nice the replacement service very disappointing they wanted internal photos and videos but they are still not satisfied so I said I will give them away and I will not buy from them again, moreover I wanted to change them because they are narrow in shape and not because they are small in size

Advantages: Very nice, one a little damaged on the back. I think after wearing them a few times it will fix itself, but then it's a bit annoying because it doesn't stick to the foot. Disadvantages: The shoe on the right foot has been crushed during shipping.

The shoes are nice and the size is good but I can't put them on because the ankle strap is way too small! So I'm very disappointed, I waited a good month before receiving them, for nothing
