I placed the order for a black purse, but it came in a different color. I am disappointed with the service delivery ( I request the return of the product with the return of the money or replacement with the desired product

For the given price they are quite ok, except that one drill came damaged. They are quite stiff, I don't understand how they could have bent like that.
