Hello I ordered a necklace like this but it was thick and I received it but it's all thin I don't understand why you can solve the problem please I took the size 70cm I'm extremely disappointed with your leave 😞😠😤

It's acctualy better quality then i expected it's not made carelessy you can see the effort in it and i took the biggest size but still a bit thin bjt it's ok (don't have a picture because it's already packed into a christmas present)
