I feel cheated. But how can they ask me for a credit card to make a purchased and paid product work? It is something that produces shame!!!!! _________________________________________________________ A few days ago I received an explanation about a way to connect the purchased equipment, through a specific and free app; thus achieving proper functioning of the purchased product. I thanked the customer service for the solution sent and the good functioning of the product. With this, as I explained to the customer service, I am fully satisfied with the product and the service received. Sincerely.

I haven't used it yet, but here is already some information that is NOT given on the sheet - cf. my picture : "Only works with Android phones, does not support iOS system. Your Android phone must support OTG function and must allow connecting an external camera." To test if your laptop is OTG (=USB On The Go) compatible, check its specifications or test it with an app like "USB OTG Checker" for example. It's better to know this before buying it ;-)

We installed the app to be able to use the camera. However when we go on the app it keeps saying "new update required", which takes you to a page that never loads. Like this the camera is not usable... Tried several times with no success.

The apps for the endoscope camera do not work. If I wasn't careful, I almost bought an expensive subscription. But the app has absolutely no function for the endoscope camera, so it is unusable. A pity
