It says BOHER instead of BROTHER so unfortunately I have to indicate that the product has been delivered with a defect, that is, NOT COMPLIANT and that now I have to bother with the return procedures that I hate so much.. Finally, after the return procedures, JOOM has chosen to resolve the incident by returning the full amount of the product purchased and has also not demanded the delivery of the defective product. It is certainly more profitable than changing the product due to the production and transportation costs of a CONFORMING product and the NON-CONFORMING product.. For my part, I am SATISFIED with the solution to the incident and I reflect this for the record in the comment.. I can always buy the product again as I have received my money back and it is unlikely that the same spelling mistake will be made. I will think about it and if I feel like it, then I will do it because at least I have not lost the confidence of buying on the WEB.
