The truth is, I was really surprised by the texture of the collar. I've been using the Scalibor collar for 20 years, and the one I received was unlike any of my previous ones. All the ones I've had from this brand were covered in a layer of whitish powder, and yet the one I opened out of the two I bought didn't have it; it's like soft plastic. I'm suspicious because I'd never seen one like that before. Plus, the box has a QR code that can't be read with the app.
It took a while to arrive, and the boxes were quite damaged, but the necklace packaging was fine. It's worth it since they're much cheaper.
One necklace is missing, completely crushed and poorly packaged, I doubt its quality
