Unfortunately, after 4 months, the black brush does not work. After switching on, the lighting of the selected program works, but the mechanical system of the brush does not react. Joom gives a 1 month guarantee, after this period they will contact the seller. The seller, however, does not reply to the e-mail. When buying in the country, I would have a 2-year guarantee, and here is a lottery. I suggest you think twice before buying this product. If anything changes in this matter, I will write about it.

These toothbrushes are great, they come with a lot of accessories and extra heads to be able to change them. They also bring a box to take them on a trip 👌👌👌👌 very good idea. Unfortunately, one toothbrush doesn't work, despite being fully charged, ordered for family because I ordered mine last year and am very happy with it, videos will follow, I hope I get my money back for the broken toothbrush???
