Worked well for start but stopped working exactly 30 days after delivery. Joom currently refusing to refund or replace. Will update with further developments. Update within 2 hours. Have received further communication from Joom who have authorised the refund. Great customer service as always. Will be ordering another as probably just unlucky with product received.
Good product exactly like the description, in my opinion a little small even though the measurements seem to correspond to those declared, decorations in pastel colours, cute and soft.
Perfectly received, I also inform you that I am ignorant of the reasons why the last three orders made have not been attended to
Does not work ! Tested with several different power supplies! How to get reimbursed? Or Send another product?
