The device is defective and won't start. Customer service keeps asking for videos. I'm not being given a replacement product. I've now asked for a refund. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the platform. A more customer-friendly process would be desirable. I hope I get my money back.

Mobile Internet does't work properly, when I insert sim card, mobile Internet works, but after Wi-Fi conection it does't reconect to mobile Internet, after Wi-Fi conection is lost. I have tried to change different sim cards, same problem.
